If your group does not meet the minimum booking size, you can move without a booking. We always have certain tables set aside for guests.

For same-day reservations, please call the restaurant directly. However, please note that we always assign tables to guests and should be able to seat you quickly.

I have a reservation - how do I confirm it?

Your booking is confirmed as soon as you receive the confirmation email. Check your junk folder in case it went there.
Can I change the number of people in my reservation?

During our peak service periods, our team is focused on serving restaurant guests, unfortunately they are not always able to answer the phone. Please read this FAQ as we may have already answered your question or email the restaurant with your name, phone number and question and we will get back to you as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

We like to think of ourselves as pretty flexible! We offer a wide variety of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free meals. And, as your meal is freshly cooked for you, we can tailor the dishes to your needs. look at oursmenu here.
Do you serve gluten free meals?

Most dishes on our menu can be upgraded to gluten-free gnocchi (+$4), zoodles (+$2) or gluten-free pizza bases (+$5). I seeour menuto find out more information. Please note that while everything is done with great care, gluten-free meals are prepared in a gluten-free kitchen.
Is your food halal?

Unfortunately, our bolognese and lasagne had mixed pork, not suitable for halal eaters.

Can you give me some nutritional information?

Nutritional information on foods is usually reserved for fast food restaurants and packaged foods, and our Vapiano certainly isn't! Rest assured, Vapiano aims to use only the freshest local organic produce and uses semolina in all our regular pasta and pizzas and 100% durum whole wheat flour in our whole wheat pasta.
Our fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs are sourced from local farms in the states we operate in to ensure you get the best fresh, local food. Fresh is definitely the best!
Our whole wheat durum flour is grown organically in South Australia's Clare Valley from 5Daya generation of farmers inPoncara Farm.
Our cheeses are produced by immigrant Italian cheesemakersHerb CheeseIn Melbourne, they use centuries-old recipes to create world-class cheeses.
Anyone who has been to our restaurant will know for sure that our basil is as fresh as possible when it is grown in store!
If you're looking for an easy butt-boosting treat, The Don suggests any tomato-based pasta like Pomodoro. For an extra tasty twist, try any of our tomato pasta with our zoodles.

Do you offer a student discount?

Of course you can - we offer a 20% discount to all full-time students between 2pm and 5pm every day. Discount applies to all food and beverages. Simply present your student card to redeem this offer. Please note that this discount cannot be used in conjunction with any additional offers or discounts.

Yes, you can bring a cake, just let a member of our team know when you arrive. There is no additional cost.Please note that we cannot stock and serve ice cream cakes.

Public holidays - are you open? Is there a charge?

We are open every day except Christmas (Vapiano Soul Boardwalk is open even on Christmas). Please note that a 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
